FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE

January 17, 2014, at 12:30 p.m. -- Payment Due Date for all students registered for Spring 2014 classes. Students who have not paid by 12:30 pm will not have access to other university services such as textbook rentals, ID services, hangtags, housing, etc.

January 21 - 22, 2014 -- Drop/Add period. Students may make final schedule adjustments until 5:00 pm, Wednesday, January 22. Students will be financially responsible for any classes remaining on their schedule.

January 24, 2014 -- All fee balances incurred during final registration and drop/add must be paid by 12:30 pm, Friday, January 24. Students who have not paid by 12:30 pm will not have access to university services such as textbook rentals, ID services, hangtags, housing, etc.

 

Payments made at the Cashier's Office must be in the form of cash, check or money order. All credit card payments must be made via your LeoNet account.

 

Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment of registration fees and/or fines.

Credit hours and fees for any course taught between enrollment periods (Interim classes) are associated with the nextupcoming semester. For example, courses taught between theSummer Semester and theFall Semester will be associated with theFall Semester. Fees will be based on theFall tuition figures and hours will be included as additional hours for the Fall. Fees for interim courses must be paid on or before the first class meeting day of the interim course.

REFUNDS FOR DROP IN HOURS:

Students who decrease their course load by the end of the drop/add period (January 22, 2014 at 5:00 pm), will receive a refund of fees previously paid. To drop your class during the drop/add period (January 21, 2014 to January 22, 2014 at 5:00 pm), students will need to resign from the university and receive a "W" grade for the last class left on their schedule. Students who reduce their course load after the end of the drop/add period will receive NO refund for this reduction.

 

RESIGNATION REFUND SCHEDULE

In order to receive 100% refund through January 20, 2014, students must drop to ZERO (0) hours. Beginning January 21, 2014, students should resign to receive the refund listed below.

Note: Students who receive Title IV federal financial aid will be refunded based on the below schedule; however, students may be required to repay the unearned portion based on the percentage of classes attended.
