Not sure where to begin? Career Services counselors can assist you in defining your interests and strengths and identifying careers that coincide with your skills and who you are as an individual entering the job market.
Learn how to present yourself in a way that captivates employers' interests so that you get the chance to impress them even more at an interview. Career Services offers online assistance with resume preparation, as well as in-person resume reviews.
Ask any recruiter and they will tell you that preparation and practice are key to a successful interview. Career Services can assist with preparing for interviews, including professional dress guidelines, mistakes to avoid, sample interview questions and answers and other interview best practices, including how to follow-up after the interview and prepare for a second interview.
Whether you're looking for a part-time job, an internship, or a full-time career, Career Services has resources to make your search for employment easier, including job search guides for specific majors. The LionHire system allows you to take care of your career preparation and job search needs - all in one place! Career Services also hosts many career fairs for full-time and part-time employment, including ones specifically for certain majors, such as Biz Connect and Tech Connect.
