Lecture on Don Quixote scheduled Nov. 25 at Southeastern

HAMMOND – Olga Godoy of Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Ga., will present Southeastern Louisiana University's Erna Deiglmayr Lecture on Tuesday, Nov. 25.

Scheduled at 3:30 p.m. in D Vickers Hall, room 387, the free lecture is titled "Echoes of Don Quixote in Modern Day Literary and Cinematic Fiction."

Godoy is an assistant professor of Spanish at Georgia Southwestern. She holds a master's degree and doctorate in Spanish from Florida State University.

The lecture is sponsored by the Southeastern Department of Languages and Communication and the Spanish Club.
