For returners who apply before they check out for the spring 2017 term, only the $300 prepayment is required. After June 15th, a $50 non-refundable late fee will apply to all applications.
Students must submit all fees and sign the Terms and Conditions in order to participate. Students will be able to communicate through the housing portal with potential roommates or request a specific roommate by entering the student's screen name. All students requesting each other must confirm all requests.
Students will be assigned a "timeslot" to access the online room selection. The timeslot is based on the date the student submits fees for the housing application. If the student has a confirmed roommate, one student will book the space for all roommates. Access to the room selection process begins at the student's assigned timeslot and ends on the last date of room selection.
Summer Semester applications will not require an application fee. For new and returning students, the room fee is the only charge. After May 15th, a $50 non-refundable late fee will apply to all applications. Note: Students may choose to apply to live on campus for SummerTerm 1 only, Term 2 only or Term 1 and 2.
