On December 7 and 8, Southeastern’s Fall Commencement weekend, alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago returned to celebrate and reminisce with their alma mater and fellow golden grads.
Nearly 90 alumni and guests enjoyed a luncheon at the Alumni Center on Friday, December 7, followed by a tour of the campus—allowing attendees to reflect on how much has changed over the years, as well as reconnect with the campus that they knew and loved during their college days.
The next morning, after enjoying breakfast together, Southeastern’s Golden Grads proudly headed the commencement procession into the University Center arena, continuing a beloved tradition and leading the way for the next generation of new Southeastern alumni.
