A two-time state champion in high school cheerleading, Cadyn Reed was all set to cheer in college—until she tore her shoulder labrum senior year. But she didn’t let an injury dash her sports dreams.

Now as a student assistant for the Southeastern women’s basketball team, she’s making a fast break toward her two dream jobs: sportsplex owner or pro team manager.
