Southeastern Computer Science Department to present Industry Connect Lecture

Southeastern Louisiana University’s Department of Computer Science is hosting the first of the fall Industry Connect Distinguished Lectures Sept. 15, at 4 p.m.

HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University’s Department of Computer Science is hosting the first of the fall Industry Connect Distinguished Lectures Sept. 15, at 4 p.m. Scheduled in the Envoc Innovation Lab, located in room 2026 in the Computer Science and Technology Building, the free lecture is titled “From Developer to Product Owner.” Hebah Saleh of Elevator3 will serve as guest speaker.
     Saleh is a product owner at Elevator3 with various backgrounds in software development, business management, and graphic design. In 2014, she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an economics concentration. Over the next eight years, her experiences led to her interest in website design and development. In 2018, Saleh returned to Southeastern to pursue a computer science degree and become a software developer. Before graduating, she landed a software development internship that eventually led to a position at Elevator3, where she has been able to combine her love for programming and business processes.
