After seeing first-hand the impact speech-language pathologist can have, communication sciences and disorders major Madison Harmon was inspired to build a career on helping people better connect with others and the world around them.

Growing up, communication sciences and disorders major Madison Harmon often accompanied her nonverbal little brother to speech therapy clinics. After seeing the progress he made in being able to communicate with their family, she knew she wanted to spend her life helping others in that same way.

Madison is now gaining the knowledge and skills needed to achieve her dream career of becoming a speech language pathologist, working with and enhancing the lives of people of all ages.
