Welcome to the Southeastern Louisiana University Business Research Center. The Business Research Center operates as a partnership with Southeastern Louisiana University’s College of Business and Department of Economic and Business Development. The Business Research Center is an innovative concept designed to incorporate economic research into the surrounding communities. The Business Research Center is housed in the Southeast Louisiana Business Center. The Business Research Center provides demographic and economic insight for decision makers.

The Business Research Center is an extensive resource for data and analysis of economic and demographic information needed by business, government and nonprofit organizations in the Northshore region and throughout Louisiana. 

The BRC research staff will work with you to define research objectives and will then prepare a proposal for the work to be conducted. Specific outputs of your commissioned research will depend on the nature of your project and may include written reports, presentations, data files or training programs.
