Checkpoint Edge First-Time User Registration

Note:

To access electronic resources off-campus, you will need to enter a User Name and PIN. Login help is available on the library website.

Checkpoint Edge Registration

First-time users will need to register on the Checkpoint Edge website. Student user names and passwords are only valid for one semester.

Once on the registration site, enter your Southeastern email address.

Next, fill in all required information, including your current semester in the dropdown box.

Check the box to accept the license agreement, and check reCAPTCHA (“I’m not a robot”). Click Done.

You should see a screen that says, “Success You have been registered for Checkpoint. An email will be delivered to you shortly with further instructions.”

You will receive an email containing Checkpoint Edge access information, including a user name, password, and some basic instructions account. Please see the Checkpoint Edge Quick Reference guide for more information.

After the registration process is completed, you can access Checkpoint Edge from the “C” page of the library’s Articles & Databases tab. Off-campus access to electronic resources requires your W Number and birthdate.
