Molly McGraw is a lifelong resident of south Louisiana. She received her BS and MS from LSU and worked in the environmental industry for over a decade. She decided to return to school and earned an MA in Geography from UNO and a PhD in Geography from LSU. Dr. McGraw started teaching at Southeastern two weeks before Hurricane Katrina. Her research interests lie within the realm of physical geography, specifically the cryosphere, fluvial/coastal geomorphology, and applied GIS/Remote Sensing.
