Caroline Burge, MSN, RN, CEN, is the RN to BSN Coordinator at Southeastern Louisiana University's School of Nursing. A proud alumna of Southeastern, she also holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. She has a strong clinical background in emergency nursing, as well as experience in clinical education and professional development. Caroline is particularly passionate about quality improvement, curriculum development, and instructional design.
In her role as the RN to BSN coordinator, she is dedicated to guiding students from their initial recruitment through graduation, serving as a constant advisor and mentor. She teaches a range of courses within the RN to BSN curriculum, applying an educational philosophy centered on the adult learner. She believes in helping students build upon their professional experience by connecting new concepts to their real-world practice. Caroline also oversees program administration, development and recruitment, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment for all students.
