Southeastern welcomes students back for the start of classes this week while we continue to keep all faculty, staff and students who are not yet able to make it to campus in our thoughts as the region works to recover from devastating flooding.

The Southeastern Louisiana University Contemporary Art Gallery is devoted to the presentation of national and regional exhibitions of contemporary art, lectures and workshops.

Community Music School

The Community Music School offers private instrumental and vocal instruction, introductory and supplemental music classes and ensembles, and public performance opportunities for students.

The Theatre program, faculty offices and the Vonnie Borden Theatre are located in the D Vickers building directly across from the Sims Library. Four plays a year are performed in the 456 seat proscenium theatre.
