  • Honors Industrial Technology graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, with a specialty in Design Drafting (2002).

  • With over 21 years of industry experience, Cyndi works closely with the engineering community on issues related to wastewater and stormwater.

  • She has presented nationally and has testified before Louisiana Senate hearings on the dangers of grease and F.O.G. in sewer systems.

  • Selected for the inaugural Leadership NPCA Cohort and graduated in 2018.

  • Has served on the NPCA Waste and Wastewater Committee, Sustainability Committee, and Board of Directors Nominating Committee.

  • For the past three years, she has served as a national judge for the NPCA Foundation Student Design Competition, where concrete engineering programs compete in a three-month design challenge that evaluates technical innovation and presentation skills.
