2019 State Social Studies Fair is on March 1st at the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles.
Deadline for entries to State is February, 8th.
If you are a 1st or 2nd place winner in the Region VIII Social Studies Fair, you are eligible to attend the State Fair. Please mail your state fair entry form, checklist,and state fair fee to your Regional Fair director by Friday, February 3rd, 2017 and make checks payable to the Louisiana Social Studies State Fair. The Regional Fair director must sign off on your state entries. Please make sure to read the rules and regulations for the State Fair.
