Welcome to Southeastern Catering!  Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality levels of food and service in order to ensure a successful event.  Our Catering Director, Tracy Randall, will work with you to customize your menu so that it fits your needs..and your budget! Southeastern Catering works closely with Event and Conference Services to provide full-service event planning from beginning to end!  

From breakfast pastries and freshly brewed coffee and tea to appetizing meals that start off with exquisite hors d'oeuvres, with everything in between, our menus offer dining solutions for small group gatherings to elegant galas.  

When reviewing our menus, please keep in mind that every catering event, regardless of size, can be customized to meet your needs...and your budget.   Our catering team will work with you to develop a menu that works well within your budget while providing the quality food you can expect from us.  Should your event require special services or dietary considerations, we will tailor our offerings to meet your needs.  We encourage you to contact our Catering Director at (985) 549-3989 before finalizing your menu so that we can ensure that we are providing you with what you want at the cost you need!
