University funds may be expended for the purchase of personalized business cards provided that the following conditions are met:
The employee receiving personalized business cards has sufficient official interaction with non-Southeastern persons and the business need for personalized business cards can be demonstrated.
Purchase of personalized business cards for an employee is approved by the employee’s dean or department head.
All business cards shall be printed in conformity with standards established by the Southeastern Office of University Marketing and Communications.
