Due to the recent weather closures, the deadline for making schedule adjustments (Drop/Add period) has been extended until Tuesday, January 23 at 5:00 p.m. The final fee payment deadline has been extended to Wednesday, January 24 at 5:00 p.m. Further information on any additional changes to the spring calendar will be forthcoming.

Pre-Bid or Pre-Proposal Conferences

Pre-bid or pre-proposal conferences may be conducted to explain the procurement requirements. Pre-bid conferences shall be announced to all prospective bidders known to have received an Invitation to Bid and shall be advertised if over $25,000 that attendance is mandatory.

The conference should be held long enough after the Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal has been issued to allow bidders to become familiar with the Invitation to Bid, but sufficiently before bid opening to allow consideration of the conference results in preparing their bids.


Nothing stated at the pre-bid conference shall change the Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal unless a change is made by written addenda.
