Agency Contracts Shall Be Governed By Laws of State of Louisiana
It declares null and void any provision in a public contract, sub-contract, or purchase order, which either:
(A) Requires a suit or arbitration proceeding to be brought outside the state; or
(B) Requires interpretation of the agreement according to the laws of another state.
