Important Notice: Upcoming Transcript Request System Downtime and Fall Break Closure
Please be advised that due to scheduled system maintenance, the transcript request system will be unavailable on Saturday, October 11, 2025. During this time, students will not be able to submit transcript requests online.
Southeastern Louisiana University will be closed for Fall Break at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8th. University offices will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, October 13th.
All transcripts requested to be mailed (Fed Ex or USPS) received after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8th, will not be processed and sent until Monday, October 13th.
Students who have attended Southeastern Louisiana University are entitled to an official transcript of the work they have completed, provided they have cleared any and all outstanding accounts with Southeastern.

Instructions to Order Southeastern Transcript
Southeastern Louisiana University has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. To request your transcript, visit Parchment.com.
NOTE: Do not use your Southeastern email address to make a Parchment account. Please use an alternate personal email address to avoid delays.
You will pay for your transcript via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express. & Discover) at the time of the order. An electronic PDF transcript is $5. A paper transcript for pick up or first-class mail is $10. A FedEx Overnight Domestic paper transcript is $42 and International Priority is $65.

All currently enrolled students are encouraged to utilize the Clearinghouse Service to obtain past and current enrollment verifications. This is an expedited service available to our students.
Enrollment Verifications will be available starting the day after the 14th class day of the regular sessions semester.
National Student Clearinghouse Self-Service
Southeastern Louisiana University authorizes the National Student Clearinghouse’s Student Self-Service to provide student verification certificates, including Enrollment verifications and Good Student Student Discount verifications.
To use the National Student Clearinghouse Self-Service, you can log into Workday, go to the Academics App, select Requests, then Verifications. You will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse website, where you will be prompted to create an account for verification services. The following types of verifications are available through this service:
Students can email the Office of the Registrar at [email protected] to receive verifications via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. These may include:
External agencies seeking enrollment verifications or degree verifications should contact the National Student Clearinghouse.
The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act requires the school to have a signed and dated written release for academic records.
