Transcripts and Verifications

Students who have attended Southeastern Louisiana University are entitled to an official transcript of the work they have completed, provided they have cleared any and all outstanding accounts with Southeastern.

Instructions to Order Southeastern Transcript

Southeastern Louisiana University has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely.  To request your transcript, visit Parchment.com

Order Credentials from Parchment

You will pay for your transcript via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express. & Discover) at the time of the order.  An electronic PDF transcript is $5.  A paper transcript for pick up or first-class mail is $10.  A FedEx Overnight Domestic paper transcript is $42 and International Priority is $65.

All currently enrolled students are encouraged to utilize the Clearinghouse Service to obtain past and current enrollment verifications.This is a free and expedited service available to our students.

Enrollment Verifications will be available starting the day after the 14th class day of the regular sessions semester.

Fall 2024 Enrollment Verifications will be available starting September 11, 2024

National Student Clearinghouse Self-Service

Southeastern Louisiana University authorizes the National Student Clearinghouse’s Student Self-Service to provide student verification certificates, including Enrollment verifications and Good Student Student Discount verifications, via Leonet‘s Self Service-Enrollment Verification, at no cost to students.

Using National Student Clearinghouse Self-Service, you can:

  • Print current and past enrollment certificates to send to insurance agencies, housing providers or other organizations requiring proof of enrollment (Login to Leonet, then go to Self-Service, Enrollment Verification)
  • Print Advanced Registration certificates to show proof of registration prior to a semester’s start date
  • Print Good Student Discount certificates for insurance agencies or other organizations
  • Check the deferment forms and electronic notifications sent to other agencies
  • View enrollment history  

Student Self-Service is free, easy to use and secure. You can try it now by logging into Leonet and selecting ‘Enrollment Verification’ under the Self-Service menu.  To support the acceptance of the Clearinghouse certificates, you may download the Office of the Registrar’s referral letter to submit to your agency along with your certificate.

For Good Student Discount verification, complete this form and submit to [email protected].

Students should email [email protected] for:

  • Verification of Degree
  • Proof of non-attendance
  • Verification of academic standing
  • Verification of anticipated graduation date 

External agencies seeking enrollment verifications or degree verifications should contact the National Student Clearinghouse.

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act requires the school to have a signed and dated written release for academic records.

Academic Standing FAQs

Academic Warning letter:  Simply a letter to alert you that you are potentially in danger. This letter has no impact on your continuing coursework.

Academic Probation letter:  A letter alerting you that your Cumulative (total) Grade Point Average (GPA) has
dropped below 2.0. There is no impact on your continuing coursework but you are in danger of being suspended and your financial aid could potentially be affected.

Academic Suspension letter:  A letter indicating that while on probation your Semester GPA dropped below a 2.0 and that you may not return to Southeastern the next regular semester unless admitted on appeal.

Search for all students who have been put on the President’s List, Dean’s List, or Honor Roll list in past and current semesters.
