Aaron Sinclair, Ed.D.

Aaron Sinclair is an assistant professor. He teaches courses in middle school education and educational leadership. He holds degrees in Spanish (English minor) and educational leadership with almost two decades of teaching, administrative, and academic leadership experience. His research focuses on recruitment/retention of early career teachers, building effective induction programs, and growing academic leadership capacity.
