What are your hobbies?
I enjoy “playing” the drums, shooting hoops, playing video games, and spending time with my children.

What advice would you give students exploring majors?
Most careers are seeking college graduates with specific transferable skills, not a specific major. Spend some time thinking about who you are as a person. What do you value? What are your interests? What skills do you currently have and which ones do you want to build to help increase your employability? Our ACE Coaches can help you explore what you want from your future career and connect you with the tools to research potential careers and majors.

What do you love about Southeastern?
Southeastern represents an opportunity, for me and my students. I’ve always wanted to work with people and help them get “unstuck” and reach their goals. I really love working with college students and helping them reach their academic goals.

What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I can solve a Rubik’s Cube in less than 2 minutes and I am an army veteran serving 6 ½ years in the guard and was activated in Operation Enduring Freedom (Kandahar Afghanistan).
