Mr. Jason M. Kirker is an Instructor in the Department of English and World Languages specializing in Freshman Composition, World Literature, and Contemporary Irish and Northern Irish Literature. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Irish Studies from the University of Notre Dame as well as a Master of Arts in English Literature and Rhetoric with a concentration in Creative Writing (Fiction) from SUNY Binghamton. He is currently the Recording Secretary for the Southeastern Louisiana University Faculty Senate.
Contemporary Irish and Northern Irish Literature with a focus on the Northern Irish Troubles and the representation of women in contemporary Ireland and Northern Ireland.
