Dr. Jennifer Henderson holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama, with research focused on supply chain management, logistics, and sustainability. She earned her B.A. and M.B.A. in Computer Information Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Before joining academia, Dr. Henderson worked at Entergy in roles connecting technology and supply chain operations. Her research examines supply chain efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility. She co-authored a 2023 article in the Journal of Business Research and received the Best Paper Award at the 2020 Association for Marketing Theory and Practice Conference for her work on sustainable consumer behavior.
