Dr. Juliana White is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she teaches Principles of Marketing, Social Media & Personal Branding, and International Marketing. She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from Louisiana State University, an M.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.

Dr. White’s research focuses on customer relationship management, sales performance, and the intersection of artificial intelligence, social media, and marketing strategy. She was named a Research Fellow by the American Marketing Association Sheth Foundation Consortium and has published in journals such as the Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Journal of Selling, Journal of Digital & Social Media Marketing, and Advances in Business Research. Her work has been presented at major academic and industry conferences across the United States and Europe.

A two-time recipient of the Golden Acorn Teaching Award from Southeastern’s College of Business, Dr. White is also deeply engaged in student development as the faculty advisor for the American Marketing Association Chapter and through her involvement with the Hispanic Leadership Program. Beyond academia, she has consulted for organizations including the Tampa Bay Rays, the Mosaic Company, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and local business owners seeking customer-centric marketing strategies. She is also a member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute.
