Madison Smith, M.B.A.

A proud Southeastern alum, Ms. Madison Smith brings firsthand experience and deep enthusiasm for student success. During her time as a student, she served as one of the inaugural College of Business Ambassadors and as President of Alpha Psi Omega. Her professional journey began at Biz Connect in Garrett Hall, where she met her previous employer, Republic Finance, and spent several years advancing through roles as Assistant Branch Manager, Training Specialist, and Senior Project Manager.

Now back at Southeastern, she is passionate about equipping students with the same career readiness tools that shaped her own path. Her approach blends real-world insight with a commitment to mentorship and collaboration. Outside of higher education, she thrives on organizing chaos—especially in the wedding industry, where she brings structure and creativity to life’s most memorable events."
