Susan Zimlich is an associate professor. She holds degrees in math, chemistry, elementary education, and special education. She teaches courses in academically gifted education and science education. She taught elementary school and gifted students in grades 1-8 in Alabama. Her research examines educational technology use, learning of gifted students, and education of teacher candidates, particularly in the areas of teaching science.
