About:
Dr. Hess is an instructor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics. She earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Louisiana State University in 2018. She has been teaching at Southeastern since 2019.
Teaching Focus:
Over the years, Dr. Hess has taught Calculus I, Elementary Statistics, PreCalculus with Trigonometry, Applied Calculus, Trigonometry, College Algebra, and Finite Mathematics. The main teaching focuses since Spring 2024 have been Trigonometry, Applied Calculus and Elementary Statistics (online).
