Promote the organization’s job and internship opportunities in a follow-up social media post across
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn 2–3 weeks after the Career Fair to sustain visibility/interest.
Record a 60-second video of the employer confirming their expo attendance and encouraging student
engagement, then send them an Instagram collaboration post invitation for shared promotional visibility.
Include the organization’s logo on the printed Career Expo Booth Maps distributed to students at the event.

If you need to ship any materials ahead of time for Career Expo, please ship them to the following location:

*Materials will be held at the control desk to be picked up the day of Career Expo.
Career Expo Cancellation Policy
Once an organization submits an online registration and is approved, our cancellation policy is in effect. Organizations may only receive a refund for Career Expo if cancellation requests are made 2 weeks prior to the event date. If cancellation requests are not made 2 weeks prior to the event date, the organization will still be responsible for paying the registration fee. If an organization must absolutely cancel its registration, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
