Mindful Walking

Feeling swamped by deadlines, dorm drama, and endless lectures? Just step outside, ditch the headphones (for a bit!), and actually notice where you’re going. Focus on your breath, the feel of your feet on the ground, the trees, whatever. You’ll be surprised how much it clears your head. It’s a quick reset button for your brain, helping you crush that next study session or just chill without feeling totally burnt out. We will take a leisurely stroll to the Friendship Circle area, returning where we started. Wear comfortable shoes! Led by Andrea Butler, RYT 200 and Honors Advisor.
