Relax & Reset: Mindful Meditation

Mid-terms got you wired? Hit pause on the chaos with a short but relaxing meditation session. No experience is necessary – just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind. Whether you need to decompress after a tough exam or simply want to cultivate a sense of balance, come and de-stress with us. 

We will meet in the Student Union Breezeway in front of the Office for First Year Success and then walk to a suitable location somewhere nearby (if rainy, we will find a covered area). From there, we will settle on the ground for a 15-20 minute guided meditation for stress relief. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or other item used to allow you to sit comfortably on the ground. 

Led by Andrea Butler, RYT 200 and Honors Advisor.
