15-20 Minute Guided Mindful Eating Meditation

Always eating on the go? Take a break and reconnect with your food at our short mindful eating session! Learn simple techniques to slow down, savor your meals, and tune into your body’s hunger cues. We will use small snacks like M&Ms and raisins. Discover how mindful eating can help manage stress, improve digestion, and enhance your overall well-being. Facilitated by Andrea Butler, Honors Advisor & RYT 200.
