Please note these important searching differences in your new library catalog:

• All terms, including articles (a, an, the), are searched, e.g., a search for “the
  journal of nutrition” gives a different number of results than a search for “journal
  of nutrition.”
• Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) are not used as operators in the new catalog. They
  are searched just like any other term.
• When performing an author search, you no longer need to search last name first, e.g.,
  your results will be the same whether using “William Shakespeare” or “Shakespeare,
  William.”
