Check Your Due Dates

  1. Go to the My Library account page.
  2. Enter your W number and Date of Birth when prompted.

You’ll see a summary of your account, including items you have checked out (“Checkouts”) and any requests (“Holds”) you’ve placed on items that are currently checked out. If you have fines/blocks on your account, you will see them here.

Most library items may be renewed an unlimited number of times.

Items not eligible for renewal:

  • Equipment
  • Technology
  • Carrels/Rooms
  • Reserve materials
  • Any items on HOLD or RECALL

Note: Eligible items with a semester-long loan period cannot be renewed until after the semester end date.

  1. View your checkouts by clicking on the “Checkouts” tab. You’ll see a list of items you currently have checked out.
  2. Select books to renew by checking the box next to the item.
  3. Click the “Renew” button. A pop-up window will open asking you to confirm.
  4. You will be returned to the Checkouts tab. If your renewal was successful, you’ll see the message “Checkout(s) successfully renewed,” along with a new due date for the item you renewed.

  1. Log in to your My Library account.
  2. Find the desired items in the library catalog.
  3. Click the “Place Hold” button to the right of the item.

Note: On-shelf holds will be pulled within 2 business days. A courtesy email will be sent when an on-hold item is available for pickup at the Circulation Desk.
