Printing FAQ

Printing Problems

Two common printing challenges are caused by 1) the software needed for viewing and printing the articles and 2) the file size of web documents. In order to print documents you must have a computer with some available memory and you must have the appropriate software on your computer.

  1. Software for viewing and printing articles
    Most of our indexes and databases require that you have Adobe Acrobat reader (PDF reader) installed and configured through your web browser.

    Some indexes and databases may require special software to view and print documents. This software is available for download through the index or database.

  2. Printing help if articles will not print or your computer freezes
