Focus Area

Specialize in applying psychological principles to enhance workplace effectiveness and employee well-being with our concentration in industrial/organizational psychology. Through coursework in organizational behavior, personnel psychology, and human resource management, you’ll learn to address organizational challenges, improve team dynamics, and optimize employee performance in various work settings.
