     HAMMOND – Rachel Cyr Kiley of Covington, second from left, a senior Southeastern Louisiana University nursing student, accepts a scholarship check from Kathryn Anzalone of Independence representing the Tangipahoa Parish Medical Society Alliance. Also pictured are Ann Carruth, left, dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and Eileen Creel, head of the School of Nursing. The Alliance has presented nearly $19,000 in scholarship funds to Southeastern nursing students since 1990.
