HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University’s College of Science and Technology
recognized students for outstanding academic performance at the college’s honors convocation
held virtually May 13.
Awards were presented to the following students (by residence):
Ascension Parish
Brock Benoit of Prairieville, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Occupational
Safety, Health, and Environment.
East Feliciana Parish
William Douglas of Clinton, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Physics.
Lafourche Parish
Jake Galjour of Larose, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Industrial Technology
(Associate Degree).
St. Landry Parish
Angela Thomas of Opelousas, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Biological Sciences
and Chemistry.
St. Tammany Parish
Lauren Pace of Covington, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Computer Science;
Cameron Tharpe of Slidell, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Information Technology;
and Jacqueline Doucet of Covington, Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Industrial
