Curriculum Change Calendar/Deadlines

The University Curriculum Council (UCC) meets at 2 PM on the last Monday of March, April, August, September, October, and November in the John Manzella Conference Room, Dyson Hall 116. Agenda items must be fully approved and waiting for UCC approval in MC Curriculum by the date listed in the table below to be considered at that month’s meeting. If that date is a holiday, completed proposals are then due on the first day the University is open for business following the holiday. 

The deadline for the inclusion in the 2026-2027 catalog is November 17, 2025.

All curriculum proposals for the catalog of the next academic year must be Launched in Modern Campus Curriculum and fully approved at all levels of review (up to the UCC level) by the November meeting of the University Curriculum Council. While the draft catalog for the next academic year is being finalized by the Registrar’s Office, there will be no curriculum proposals submitted, launched or reviewed in Modern Campus Curriculum between the last Monday of November and the last day of February of the next calendar year. Proposal submissions will resume in Modern Campus Curriculum on March 1 for the catalog of the next academic year.
