For more than a decade, the Southeastern Community Music School at Southeastern Louisiana University has proudly and effectively provided the entire Northshore region with a vital community-based program of music education.
While preparing for an exciting Spring 2015 semester, we also look forward to our Christmas performance at the Hammond Square Mall on December 7, as well as the end of the semester recitals. The Northlake Community Band will be performing on December 9, and we are excited to hear this unique ensemble once again. Our students' achievements have always made us proud, and we give a special shout out to those who performed at the Farmers' Market concert on October 25, 2014.
Below you will find the spring semester schedule highlights, which will help you plan effectively for your private lessons and ensemble participation. Please take a moment to read our "Policy Statement" as it contains important information on parking, lesson preparation, missed lessons, and recitals.
