Transfer Next Steps

  1. Locate Student ID Number (W Number)

    Visit www.southeastern.edu/myden and select “First time user?” in order to locate your student ID number and your
    initial password. You will need to enter your social security number and date of birth
    in the requested format.

  2. Log In to Your LeoNet Account

    Your LeoNet account is where you will view transfer credits, schedule courses, and
    make payments each semester.

  3. Log In to Your Southeastern Gmail Account

    You will need to begin using your Southeastern Gmail account to communicate with faculty
    and staff on campus. All of your official Southeastern communication will begin to
    come to this email address soon. You can locate your Southeastern email address on
    your LeoNet homepage. You may need to personalize your password in order to log into
    your Gmail account at this link

  4. Academic Advising

    All students receive an advising registration hold and are required to meet with an
    advisor before scheduling courses each semester. We want to ensure that you understand
    how your credits transfer and be confident in which courses are needed next for your

  5. Course Registration

    Once you have been advised and your registration hold is removed, you will be eligible
    to begin scheduling courses for your first semester at Southeastern. Please contact the Transfer Student Coordinator
    for assistance and questions regarding course registration.
