The TLC offers two types of learning sessions: Tutoring and PASS (Peer Assisted Study Sessions). Tutoring sessions are for your problem based classes such as accounting, chemistry, math and physics. PASS are designed for lecture based classes like biology and psychology. These sessions are designed for students who want to develop more effective study strategies. Appointments are necessary for both tutoring and PASS. These sessions are free.
The TLCÂ will provide Embedded Tutoring sessions for various chemistry courses. Embedded Tutors are CRLA certified tutors who attend the chemistry class. They provide 2 or more outside group tutoring sessions for the assigned class. These sessions are free and no appointment is necessary.
NetTutor provides professional, online tutoring assistance. In NetTutor, you can drop off a question or wait to work with an online tutor. These tutors are not TLC tutors. This is a free resource to Southeastern students. Click the link below to see what courses are available for Fall semester.
