To access indexes, databases, and electronic reserves from off campus, you will be required to enter your User ID and Date of Birth. The User ID will be your W number (ex. w0123456). The Date of Birth will be your 6 digit birth date in MMDDYY format (ex. 052403 for May 24, 2003). Take a look at our sample login screen.
Bring the books and your Southeastern ID to the library’s circulation desk. The checkout desk is located on the 1st floor near the Sims Library entrance. Please go to Borrow, Renew, Return for more information.

The library catalog is found on our homepage. Use the search box on the Books & More tab.
Visit the Books & More tab on our homepage. Click on My Library Account. Enter your W number and Date of Birth when prompted. You will see a summary of your account, including items you have checked out (Checkout) and any requests (Holds) you have placed on items that are currently checked out. If you have fines/blocks on your account, you will also see those here.
When you need materials that the library does not own we recommend using Interlibrary Loan (ILL). To find out more information please visit the Interlibrary Loan guide or click on the Borrow from Other Libraries (ILL) tab on the Library homepage.
