Southeastern LSBDC to co sponsor seminar for businesses on taxes

     HAMMOND – The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University, along with the Ponchatoula Chamber of Commerce, Hancock Whitney Bank, Le Fleur de Lis Catering, and Phil Herbert, CPA, will host a class in Ponchatoula March 10 as part of Berries and Business.
     Titled “Taxes: New Laws and Changes,” the free seminar will take place from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Le Fleur de Lis Catering, located at 111 N. 6th St. The guest speaker for the event is Phil Herbert, CPA.
     “Join us for the Ponchatoula Chamber Berries and Business Breakfast seminar,” said SBDC Training Coordinator Karen Romero. “You will have an opportunity to network with other businesses and learn about new laws and changes to taxes.”
