Select Dental II insurance is available to eligible new employees to enroll within
30 days of their hire date. Other eligible employees may enroll at anytime during
the year. The plan is administered by American Public Life Insurance Company. There
are three levels of coverage, Option A, Option B, and Option C. The higher the option,
the more the plan pays toward covered services and the higher the premium. Plan Highlights include:
Benefits will be paid only for specific ADA codes as listed in the policy when a charge
is incurred for the covered dental treatment while coverage is in force.
