 from room reservation to catering whether you’re an off campus customer, a student
 organization or campus department, we’re here to help you plan a memorable event on
 campus!

 and links to help you in the event planning process. When you’re ready to book, Event
 and Conference Services will make planning an event on Southeastern’s campus easy
 with one contract and one invoice. If you have any questions, please feel free to

Southeastern faculty, staff, and students must register events a minimum of 7 days
 prior to the event date. Click the link above to complete a “Registration of Activity”
 form and use your Southeastern credentials to login. It is best that you contact the
 building coordinator to determine if space is available before completing this form.
 When completing the form, include as much detail as possible (description, sponsors,
 AV, tables, equipment needed, etc.). If you have questions prior to submitting your
 request, please call the Student Development Office at 985-549-3792. Once you have
 completed the form, you will receive an email confirming that your space request has
 been received. The Office of Student Development will confirm your event once all
 necessary approvals are obtained. If your event is approved, you will receive an email
 stating, “Your activity has been approved and will appear on the events calendar.”
