Reserving Space
To reserve space for an event on campus, you will need to:
1. Complete the facility reservation form below that best fits your needs. The links will bring you to Docusign™, where you can complete your event details
and sign all paperwork online.
- To reserve the Student Union Ballroom or Meeting Rooms, click here to complete a reservation request.
- To reserve the University Center Arena or Meeting Rooms, click here to complete a reservation request.
- To reserve the Pennington Student Activity Center, click here to complete a reservation request.
- To reserve the Livingston Center, click here to complete a reservation request.
- To reserve classroom space or to plan a run/walk event on campus, click here to complete a reservation request.
2. Provide a certificate of special event insurance no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. Please review our Special Event Insurance Policy for more information on the level of insurance required.
NOTE: For events with estimated total costs of $1,000 or more, a contract will be issued
60 days in advance and a down payment of 75% of your estimated total will be required
