Student Refunds

In order to more efficiently process refunds, all types of refund payments will be sent to BankMobile and processed according to the refund method the student has elected.

The first refund payments for Summer 2019 will be sent electronically to BankMobile on June 7, 2019. Students whose lenders send only paper checks must come to the cashier's section to endorse those checks beginning June 10, 2019. All subsequent refunds will be sent electronically to BankMobile weekly beginning on June 12, 2019.

For new students or students that have not made a selection, you will need to log into LeoNet in order to make your selection via a link to BankMobile.

In order to reduce delays, students should setup their profile with BankMobile as soon as possible. Selection choices are deposit to an existing account or open a BankMobile Vibe account"BankMobile Vibe Account" is a refund option offered through BankMobile.

Failure to select an option will delay your refund.


Instructions to make a selection in LeoNet:

  1. From the MyDen webpage, click on the box for LeoNet.
  2. Log into LeoNet and select Self Service >Campus Finances and then click "Select Refund via Bankmobile".
  3. After clicking, a box will appear that notifies you that by clicking the "Setup Refund Selection Profile" link, it will redirect you to the BankMobile's® site.
  4. Click that link and once on the BankMobile site, setup your profile following directions on the BankMobile site.
