The Office of the Facility Planning is responsible for coordinating room assignment
and necessary telephone lines/technology access for new positions created by the University. New positions are positions created that have neverbeen previously occupied by any employee.
The New Position Room Assignment Request may be completed and submitted by the Department
Head or Director once the hiring process for the new position has concluded. The Office
of the Facility Planning will notify you once the assignment has been completed.
